Description
### Steps to reproduce
1. I added a poll into a room and sent it.
2. I added a message explaining the poll
3. I then copied the text from (2) and added it to the poll (1)
4. I then deleted the message(2)
I could see the text in the room window.
But others told me on Android the message is not displayed.

#### What did you expect?
The message should be displayed to everybody
#### What happened instead?
The message was only displayed in Element Desktop
