Description

### Your use case

#### What would you like to do and why?
It would be better if there would be more consistency between the different Element clients (Android and web).
Two examples:

- In the web client there is the sub-settings "Appearance" while it is missing in the Android client. When you want to change the theme for example in the web client most users would look in the "Appearance" settings I guess but where would you start in the Android client? When I was in this situation I first looked into the "General" settings. A reason for this is that "Appearance" specifies what you can find behind this settings while for example "Preferences" is very generic and users cannot really imagine what it contains.
- In the web client you can set the language in "General" while it is placed in "Preferences" in the Android client.

#### How would you like to achieve it?
In both cases mentioned above I would move the settings in the Android client so they are consistent with the ones in the web client.
