Join Video Rooms and even maybe be able to start one.
#### Why would you like to do it?
Because sometime I don't have my laptop with me and would like to attend a meeting we have set to happen in one specific video room.
#### How would you like to achieve it?
Having the video room listed in the rooms list.

### Additional context
It can wait Element call video room version coming out of alpha stage. It's just I didn't find any issue talking about video room on Element Android.
