Use the photo album directly instead of file management when trying to send images.

Clicking the "+" button to send an image should go directly to the photo album for easy selection of the image to send.

#### Why would you like to do it?
Current version (1.5.12 (Google Play)): Clicking the "+" button to send an image invokes the file manager instead of the camera roll, this behavior is duplicated with sending an attachment.
