The app cannot initiate a call using a button under certain circumstances.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Enable or disable "Thread Messages" in "Labs" to make App restart;
2. Enter a room, click the voice/video call button in the upper right corner of the screen;

**This problem can be avoided by quickly killing the app during app restart (splash screen) and then manually launching the app.**
