Rooms with disabled notifications still show activity

### Steps to reproduce

I have some rooms with disabled notifications but whenever they get new messages, in Android there's a white (on dark theme) vertical line at the left of said rooms, to indicate activity and they're placed on top when sorting by activity.

#### What did you expect?
I'm expecting to see no activity for muted rooms, the same thing which happens with Element Web.
