Please make the new layout more compact

#### What would you like to do?
Being able to see more chats / rooms from the new Element layout

#### Why would you like to do it?
The old layout is more compact and let me see more chats.

#### How would you like to achieve it?
In the new layout, the top row is mostly empty (there's the profile picture of the user on the left, then search and hamburger icons on the right). The second row shows the filter (either All Chats or the space name). This could probably be moved up to be in the middle of the first row, freeing up space.

This would be similar to the Slack mobile UI too, esp if you put the space's icon on top next to the nam.
