### Steps to reproduce
1. Enable rich text editor
2. Go to some room
3. Tap to (+) button below
4. Swipe menu down
5. Menu got stucked
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
Swipe down should dissapear that menu.
#### What happened instead?
Menu got stucked in the middle.
