Message is not send when changing network options

### Steps to reproduce

1. Change the network options, with that I mean one of the following:
- turn on airplane mode and then turn it off again
- turn off wlan (and also when turning it back on)
- turn on mobile internet
2. Try to send a message.
3. Message is processing forever, but never send.

Only a restart of my mobile phone (with a specific network option (wlan or mobile internet) enabled) fixes it and the message gets send.

Because Firefox and other apps are working, I suspect it has to be a bug in your app.

I can also provide a handshake, but right now I doubt it to be helpful.
