App Layout: Missing some DMs

### Steps to reproduce

1. have some nested spaces. in my case:
- top level private space A
- nested is a closed space B
- closed space has more subspaces for different topics that are automatically accessible to members of the closed direct parent space
2. have people be members of them:
- the nested space B and its subspaces have certain actual members
- the private space A has some existing rooms and particularly DMs added manually

This is how I build a custom home-like space A that includes my private community and stuff and leaves public communities like m.org out form my "home 2" view.

3. select space A in the new layout, with "Show people in spaces" setting enabled.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
Shows the same rooms as web/desktop.
#### What happened instead?
Randomly some DMs are never shown, despite being proper members of the nested space B.
