### Steps to reproduce
1. Enable the new WYSIWYG composer in Labs
2. Enable emoji picker in Preferences
3. Go to a chat
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
Being able to select emojis from the composer and type emojis using `:`
#### What happened instead?
There's no emoji picker, and you can't type emojis using `:` :smiling_face_with_tear:
