Cannot trigger QR code verification for new session

### Steps to reproduce

1. Log in to a new session no Android
2. Trigger verification from web toast
3. See the green verification toast on Android (not the grey one)
4. See only option for key/passphrase
5. Trigger verification from Android
6. See only option for key/passphrase

Eventually triggering verification from the settings on web gave me the grey verification toast on Android which let me verify with the QR code

#### What did you expect?
Always be offered QR code scan on Android

#### What happened instead?
Could only verify with key or passphrase for a long time
