Rich text editor: Can't paste under certain conditions.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Enable "rich text editor" in the "Lab";
2. Use AnLink to connect to the phone and operate the phone on Windows PC;
3. Press Ctrl + V on the Windows PC to try to paste.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
Same effect as the old editor.

#### What happened instead?
Can't paste.
If you switch back to the old editor, you can paste it through the above method.

P.S.: AnLink is an auxiliary tool for controlling an Android phone on a Windows PC.
