### Steps to reproduce
1. Enable new layout
2. Tap on the spaces icon
3. Try to rearrange a space
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
Be able to rearrange a space like in the old layout
#### What happened instead?
Tapping and holding the space brings options instead
