Description
### Steps to reproduce
+ device 1 logged in, then the Element app was removed (user didn't log out)
+ device 2 is logged in with the same account, it asks to authenticate with device 1. but device 1 has already been removed. so can't verify device 2 (because app uninstalled)
### Outcome
wish: the app doesn't ask for verification anymore
problem: device 2 keeps asking for verification every time I open the app
