Add loading spinner for voice messages

See a loading status indicator once you press play on a voice message

#### Why would you like to do it?

I often end up clicking on voice messages multiple times trying to figure out what's happening if they don't immediately start playing.

#### How would you like to achieve it?

Display a spinner on the voice messages once pressing the play button until the voice message starts playing

### Have you considered any alternatives?

Any kind of status indicator would be welcome, but considering the spinner is shown for videos, it'd make sense to use a similar UI concept here for voice messages
