App Layout: Add option to exclude rooms that are already in a space from all chats

#### What would you like to do?

- Default hiding rooms already in a space from all chats (home equivalent)
- Add an option to "Show all your rooms in all chats, even if they're in a space."

#### Why would you like to do it?

Right now, my main chats list when I open the app is very cluttered, as all of the rooms I am in in the spaces I am in also populate the chat list, making it difficult to find what is important to me (mainly dms and sole group chats not in a space). It would be nice if the all chats space could behave like element desktop by default, where once a room has been added to a space, it is no longer shown in Home (equivalent to all chats), unless "Show all your rooms in Home, even if they're in a space." is enabled.
