Verification request is blocked if first denying from the browser

### Steps to reproduce

Backend with secure_backup_required = true

If you login to the device the brower will show a popup asking to verify the device. If you deny this and then go to the Settings -> Security & Privacy and verify that specific session the verification popup will show up on the device, but is blocked by the verification requirement popup on the device, so you can't verify.
