ANR/Critical freeze after using Element Android for about 30 minutes

### Steps to reproduce

To reproduce the bug:
1. Android 11/12/13, Stock Android (or stock-like) required
2. Element installed (any versions are okay.)

Keep using your phone for 30mins-1.5h, your phone will started to freeze. If worse, your phone will hard reset and you can't boot the phone up, you will need to uninstall Element in Safe Mode.

If you're on Pixel 6 series, these conditions can make the bug worse:
1. You're using Simplified Chinese and using a Chinese Mainland SIM
2. You have Magisk installed on your phone

Keep using your Pixel 6 (Pro), your phone will start to hard reset and reboot again and again.
