Pinned Shortcut: disabled when doing a clear cache

1. Create a pinned shortcut for one room
2. Do a clear cache from the app setting

### Outcome

The pinned shortcut is still usable

The pinned shortcut si disabled, with the reason: "the session has been signed out!"
