Thoughts on language of prompts during FTUE registration flow

Tested on a build of `feature/bma/enable_all_ftue (1.4.30-dev [401043100] (G-b9787))`.

Going through the "I want to talk to friends and family" registration flow, from the perspective of a casual user, I had small issues with the following text:

> Where your conversations will live. matrix.org

**Initial reaction:** Who's matrix.org, that's not Element. Can I trust them? Why does matrix.org get my conversations and can they read my messages?

**Suggestion**: It may help to provide a button for the user to see more information on what this all means. Such an explanation could say:

* With Element, you can choose which homeserver you'd like to create an account with.
* Messages in encrypted rooms can only be read by the people you're talking to, regardless of the homeserver you choose.
* However, the homeserver can see who you're talking to among other things, so make sure you trust them. Take a look at their terms and conditions and privacy policy if you're unsure.
* You will need to make a new account if you'd like to use another homeserver.

2.

> "This is like a home for all your data"

**Initial reaction:** *Like* a home? Is it not?

**Suggestion:** Perhaps just drop the word "like".

Additional note: Instead of "server", should we be saying "homeserver", or is "server" considered more user friendly?
