Ignored user's messages are shown and received

### Steps to reproduce

1. Be in a group chat
2. Ignore a user (In my case: Chatty IRC bridge whose messages I don't need)

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

Not see their messages anymore and especially don't receive any further ones.

#### What happened instead?

I still see their past messages and more come in.

(It's the same user, I can see that they're still ignored in the member list.)
