No 'Slide to end call' for Admin power level

### Steps to reproduce

Make a group call using the Camera icon in the Element App. As an 'Admin' of the room, i should see "Slide to End Call" to remove the widget.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
See a "Slide to End call" on top of the screen
#### What happened instead?
The "Slide to End call" does not appear. The only way to remove the widget is to use Element Desktop and remove the widget.

I have submitted the logs using Rage shake.
