My device receives a new push notification after marking a "notify on all messages" room as read

### Steps to reproduce

1. Have notifications for several rooms currently unread.
2. Read one of the rooms.
3. My device buzzes, as a new push notification has been received in the background.

I presume this is how Element Android updates the push notification to no longer contain the notification that I've just cleared. But ideally that wouldn't make my device buzz?

It's entirely possible that I have a strange setup which causes this behaviour. But I would need some guidance on where to go from here.

To not have my device buzz after reading each unread room.
