Connecting to matrix with android element times out

### Steps to reproduce

Element app on android (Samsung s10) fails to connect to matrix.org server. No error, just times out. I have login info and tried to login to the element app on apple mobile and was successful. However, on android, it fails to get connected to the server, and when I enter my login info first (instead of trying to connect to the matrix.org first), it tries and time out on waiting donut. I have tried on multiple wifi and mobile network, all the same result.

I read the issue on mobile network ipv4 and ipv6, but couldn't figure out how to proceed. Appriciate the help.
