Empty rooms should be deprioritised in search

#### What would you like to do?

When you have a DM with someone and they leave the DM, you get an "Empty room". When a user enters the search screen, these empty rooms have the same level of prioritisation as other rooms. Perhaps we should sort the results so that these empty rooms are below the other search results.
