UI lags when recording a Voice Message

### Steps to reproduce

1. Go into a room where you can post messages.
2. Hold the voice recorder button to record a message.
3. Wiggle the finger a bit. Sometimes this UI starts to lag a lot.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
No UI lag. The duration counter of the recording should always be accurate.

#### What happened instead?
* The UI starts lagging.
* The duration counter is displaying less time than has passed. (e.g. the counter is at 0:20 minutes when ~1:30 has passed.
* When lifting the finger to post the message, the duration of the recording is correctly displayed on the voice message.
