Keeps on playing a ringing tone even though the call was cancelled - consult first

### Steps to reproduce

1. Use a system that supports call transfer. (Aarenet?)
2. Establish a call.
3. Transfer the call via consult first.
4. Hang up before the transferred to party answers/declines the call.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
To be sent back to the call with the transferee.
#### What happened instead?
I am hearing a ringing noise and also am not in the call but in the room and the call is minimized.
