Room avatars and names do not re-render after a theme change

### Steps to reproduce

1. Wait till this is merged or just pull this into develop:
https://github.com/vector-im/element-android/pull/6045

2. Change a theme.
3. You now need to close the app and reopen it to get the room avatars and names to re-render

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
I expected them to re-render.
#### What happened instead?
They did not re-render.
