Airplane mode is on message

### Steps to reproduce

1. Where are you starting? Orbot is running and VPN mode enabled with element selected.
3. What can you see? Airplane mode is on
4. What do you click? Pull down to refresh
5. Still says airplane mode is on.
6. Reset phone
7. Start orbot and element
8. Airplane mode is on.
9. Turn off phone, and turn back on
10. Connect to orbot and start element
11. It will connect and work for a while
12. Sometime later open element and it will say airplane mode is on.

Repeat
