"Non encrypted room" creation process has a bug.

### Steps to reproduce

1) Go to any space.
2) Go to `Rooms` section.
3) Click on `Create New Room`.
4) `Enable Encryption` switch is on, toggle it off.
5) Type room name.
6) `Enable Encryption` switch automatically gets on, why? Toggle it off again.
7) Change `Room Access` to `Private`.
8) `Enable Encryption` switch is off. Good. Click on `Create`.
9) Open the room just created.

Non-Encrypted room.

Encrypted room was created.
