Random ghost/phantom unread messages after call

### Steps to reproduce

1. Where are you starting? What can you see?
I start a call in the Android app or someone else calls me.

I hang up the call and go back to the direct messages screen

Almost everytime random ghost/phantom unread messages appear (the number of the unread messages is random too)
