Unable to disable spell checking

### Steps to reproduce

1. Go to settings
2. look for spell checking options

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

I should see an option to opt out of spell checking.

#### What happened instead?

There is none.

Additional info: the spell check pop-up is _VERY_ annoying for me. Every time I click in the middle of a (underlined) word it just does not let me do what I intend to do (i.e. navigate my cursor to that exact position).
