Description

### Your use case

I have installed the F-Droid variant of Element, which has a permanent notification to maintain its connection to the server alive. However this notification has no other purpose and it's too much "in your face".
FairEmail has the same solution to the same problem (a notification to maintain its connection alive) however its notification is "smaller" and only appears when pulling the notifications drawer. When the screen is locked it doesn't appear, and I find that way better.

I'm sure it's just a small configuration somewhere, so would it be possible to have Element's persistent notification hidden from the lock screen ?

### Have you considered any alternatives?

I can't see an alternative, except living with that notification, but it's tapping into my attention for nothing.

### Additional context

Here is a screenshot from the lock screen, you can see only Element has a presence here:
