Option to hide typing indicators

#### What would you like to do?
I would like to not see typing indicators at all, much like read receipts.
#### Why would you like to do it?
I have an anxiety disorder and typing indicators severely impact how I interact with people. The recent update put typing indicators into a much harder to ignore place, as well.
#### How would you like to achieve it?
An option in preferences under "timeline" that hides typing notifications in all places.
