2 selections in Element Android options not translated

### Steps to reproduce

1. Start Element android app
2. log in to your account
3. skip verify process
4. tap the 3 dots (top right)
5. result is visible in the screenshot
6. Two strings in the options menu are not translated in selected german ui:
"Do a legacy init sync " and "Do an optimized init sync"

Fully translated options (selections 3 dots)

Mixed german and english selections
