Rooms in private spaces show up in Home

### Steps to reproduce

We've had internal reports and the `UIAllScreensSanity` test has been treating this error as the expected result

Not reproducible 100% of the time

1. Create a room
2. Create a private space
3. Add the room to the private space
4. Create a public space with default rooms (general, random)
5. Leave the public space without leaving the rooms
6. Notice `Home` shows the orphaned `general` and `random` rooms and also the private room

Toggling the `settings -> show all rooms in Home` on and off fixes the private space rooms showing in `Home`
