Restore org.matrix.android.sdk.session.room.threads.ThreadMessagingTest that has been ignored due to causing other tests to fail

To make the build go green, this test has been ignored.

I think there may be some lack of cleanup that is causing issues - this test fails when run in isolation or as part of a larger test run; other tests when this test is not run complete successfully even when run with all other tests together.
