gif search in + menu

#### What would you like to do?
add a gif search to the `+` input text menu on mobile.
#### Why would you like to do it?
to bring this in line with other modern chat applications like telegram, signal, discord and many others.
#### How would you like to achieve it?
i think the desktop needs to come into parity with the mobile flow of the `+` menu as well while including this feature. also bringing auto playing gifs to mobile like desktop and the other messengers listed above:

### Have you considered any alternatives?

leaving the app, going and finding a gif and somehow getting it back into element is a hassle.
