[Feature request] one tap speaker mode

I'd like to tap the speaker button once in order to change to it, instead of a pop up menu.

#### Why would you like to do it?

Convenience. Faster access.

This is only relevant when speaking to someone on a call.

Start by tracing the speaker button in the in-call UI and its current pop-up menu behavior. Done means that, during a call, one tap changes to speaker mode directly instead of opening the menu; verify the behavior in an Android call.
