No calls pass from one Android element to another

### Steps to reproduce

On android client issues a call to another. No call is heard. Next I see in element - missing call. Works both ways. On some mobile phones calls pass but with a huge delay and result in missing calls.

Strangerly video calls work without delays. Haven't found any problems with that.

### Outcome

I expect call functionality to work flawlessly like in other android messenger. Without or at least with minimal delay.
