Matrix calls ring loud, while being in a phone call

### Steps to reproduce

1. Have a regular phone call
2. Let somebody call you via Matrix (while remaining in the phone call)
3. The incoming Matrix call rings at full volume

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
The ringing to be way more subtle. All other notification sounds (like incoming emails), get pretty silent or muted – so should the matrix ringing be. It would be even better, if an occupied-signal could be sent to the caller (like in regular phones).

#### What happened instead?
A very loud interrupt.
