Receive a message with `msgtype` of `org.matrix.custom.html` with the `summary` and/or `details` tag
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
An element, which expands or collapses when the header is clicked, which contains the contents of the `summary` tag, like in the web client
#### What happened instead
No element, text is not formatted
