### Your use case
As directed as part of the navigation updates requested at the beginning of the year, please remove the overflow on the top navigation in room timelines and place current options that live there in the room settings instead.

FYI @nadonomy this was meant to be part of the rework for Voice message and VoIP enhancements (current implementation still shows the overflow menu which negatively impacts overall spacing in the nav bar)
