Consider rewriting the Google Playstore description

### Your use case

The Google Playstore description has gotten really long. This lead for example to the problem that it is no longer possible to fully translate it to German as we reached the character limit for Weblate.

Further, there is a lot of unnecessary duplicate information that could be removed (in my opinion)
For example, self hosting is mentioned twice, e2ee three times, there are 2 headings about security/privacy etc.

So I think it would be the best idea to consider rewriting the text or at least shortening it.

Another option would be to increase Weblate's character limit if thats possible. But this would lead to an even longer description.
