Search results are difficult to read

### Steps to reproduce

1. In a room, ⋮-> Search
2. Search for something that will yield results

### Intended result and actual result

#### What did you expect?
Search results are very visible, highlighted, and clearly and consistently displayed

#### What happened instead?
I think I got three different interactions (this may be wrong)
- When there is a single result, it was clear that that was it but the highlighting of the search term was not very obvious
- When there were multiple results which showed context around them, I think the message with the result was emphasised with a green vertical stripe on the left
- When there were multiple results, the only emphasis was the bolding of the search term
- It's not always clear where the breaks between messages in the backlog results are
