### Steps to reproduce
1. open the emoji picker within the messaging screen
### Intended result and actual result
#### What did you expect?
To be able to still see the in progress message
#### What happened instead?
The emoji picker overlaps the text making it harder to follow
This seems like an aspect ratio issue
