Please restore the ability for mention notifications in encrypted rooms?

#### What would you like to do?

In previous versions of the/Riot & Element Android Mobile clients you had the ability to set the notifications for all rooms to "Mentions & Keywords", or something very similar. This means you would not be notified for every message, but you would be for things like name tagged, room pings, etc. This was removed in some recent version, I am asking that you restore it.

#### Why would you like to do it?

Not having this notification options makes many youth case is completely unfeasible here, since you will either be overloaded with constant notifications, or you will not be able to receive any specific alerts. This is not really sensible.

#### How would you like to achieve it?

Since this feature existed in past versions of the app, it seems that it can be done. I'm not sure why it was removed, but if there is a way for the developers to simply add this feature back it will be very helpful.
