Bug: Sharing files with Arabic names, the file names becomes "____" after sharing.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Go to chat room.
2. Click "+" button to attach a file.
3. File name should in Arabic.
4. Now share the file to other user.
5. The file name becomes "____".

### Intended result and actual result

#### What did you expect?

Expected the file name of the forwarded item should be same in Arabic.

#### What happened instead?

Now the forwarded file name becomes "___"
