Rooms/dms with drafts should be sorted in top somehow

Currently if you write a draft in a room that didn't have messages for a long time (or never) it falls to the bottom of the room list, so whenever you want to continue that draft message you'll have to search for the room.

Instead it would be helpful if the rooms with drafts would be sorted somewhere on top of the list (i.e. below rooms with notifications perhaps).
